Citizens Advice is the UK’s largest advice giving charity, providing trusted, quality assured, independent advice to millions.

In order to help you do the same, we can provide access to detailed and up-to-date information systems, as well as training courses and specialist consultancy.

AdviserNet - what every adviser needs

Our AdviserNet information database covers all welfare issues from employment and benefits to housing and debt. Monthly updates are circulated on CD.

Adviser magazine

Training and consultancy

We provide a programme of training courses for advisers and specialist case workers in welfare benefits, debt advice and employment law, most with Continuing Professional Development hours.
